Visiting the website

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you open a page, your browser sends technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Cloudflare uses it to deliver the pages and to protect the site from attacks. This data is not used to identify you (legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It uses no cookies, does not track you across websites and does not create a profile of you. We only see totals, such as the number of visits per page (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

E-mail and phone

If you write to us or call us, we use your details (such as your name, e-mail address or phone number and your message) only to answer you and, if you book, to arrange your stay (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep them as long as needed for this and as required by law.

YouTube videos

Some pages contain a video from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.). The video is loaded only when you click the play button, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Only then is a connection made to YouTube, which may set cookies and process your data under Google's privacy policy.

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare and Google are US companies. Data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Simply write to info@supermjau.com. You can also file a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si).
